The Genghis Grill menu features 12 different stir-fry bowls that are designed by the restaurant. You can also build your own bowl if you choose to as well. They are known as a fast casual Asian stir-fry concept and they deliver both quality food and an atmosphere to match. The reason they cook the way they do and they are named the Genghis Grill is due to an old legend that states that Mongol warriors led by Genghis Kahn would heat their shield to help them cook their food while they were off to battle.
Genghis Grill offers franchise opportunities mainly because they received so much unsolicited requests for franchises. They started the franchise program in 2004 and they now offer start up support for the franchises that includes site review, construction assistance, and design consultation. They also offer on the job training and training for the grand opening along with assistance as well. They offer single unit and multi-unit franchises and they even allow the franchisees to own other restaurant franchises if they choose to. The initial investment will range between $289,000 and $650,000 and there is an initial franchise fee of $30,000.
